All sales of Sand Slicer products are final. We are confident in the quality and performance of our tools, but if you encounter any manufacturing defects, you may be eligible for a replacement within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a replacement request, please contact us with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days. If approved, replacements will be shipped within 10 business days.
